Return Policy

We sell different products at Bluecloud. Many of our products are made by our company, some are built by partners which we sell.

Because of this, we have a different return policy for different products. Please read below to find out exactly what the return policy is for these.

1. Bluecloud Products - 30 Day Return Policy

These products include:

  • Ebooks
  • Bluecloud built source code
  • Bluecloud products

For all digital goods, once you return the product you no longer have the rights to use it. We want to make sure all Bluecloud customers are happy, but please understand the sensitive nature of digital goods before you submit a return request. 

For specific answers, please submit a ticket in the Knowledge Center.


2. Non-Bluecloud Products - All Sales Final

These products include:

  • Source codes (see list below)

Because we do not own the rights, all developers have decided to make all sales final through the Bluecloud sales channels. 



On certain products we may offer certain return periods (example: 30 day money back guarantee), but those products will be specifically labeled on the appropriate pages.

We do, however, highly value customer service and want to make sure you are in a position to use any product you purchase. Here are a few steps you can take to have a top experience:

2. If you have purchased a source code, product, or other item, please feel free to reach out with concerns or questions before asking for a return or having your credit card chargeback. 

This very much hurts our business and forces us to raise prices to accommodate for the higher charges the payment processors apply.
